Pay: $15.00–$18.00 per hour (based on education & experience)

Schedule Options:

• Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!)

We're looking for an enthusiastic Lead Preschool Teacher to lead our second preschool classroom , where you'll enjoy a small class size of just 9 children —giving you the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and provide individualized learning experiences every day.

Your Day Will Include

✨ Planning engaging, play-based lessons that encourage kindergarten readiness.

✨ Teaching early literacy, phonics, math, science, and social studies through fun, hands-on experiences.

✨ Helping children build confidence, independence, problem-solving skills, and a lifelong love of learning.

✨ Supporting social and emotional development by teaching kindness, friendship, teamwork, emotional regulation, and conflict resolution.

✨ Creating a classroom where children feel safe, encouraged, and excited to explore.

✨ Building strong partnerships with families through daily communication.

✨ Maintaining a clean, organized classroom while following Ohio licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience working with preschool-aged children in a licensed childcare setting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDA, Associate Degree, or coursework in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to actively engage with children throughout the day, including sitting on the floor, bending, lifting up to 40 pounds, and participating in indoor and outdoor activities.
