Salary Range: $46,000 - $66,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing customers and tracking payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and submit sales tax returns and other relevant tax documentation.
• Support inventory management by reconciling physical counts with system records.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Enterprise or similar ERP accounting software.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory management.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
• Ability to prepare financial statements and assist with month-end close processes.
