Responsibilities Perform respiratory assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, chest physiotherapy, and ventilator management Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans as needed Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation Safely operate and troubleshoot respiratory equipment Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and therapies Required Qualifications 2+ years of recent Respiratory Therapy experience Active Respiratory Therapist Certification and/or License (CRT or RRT) Must live within 60 miles of Pasco, WA Strong understanding of respiratory care protocols and ventilator management Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills Preferred Qualifications Acute care, critical care, or emergency department experience Experience with EMR systems Contract Details Competitive hourly compensation Flexible scheduling based on facility needs Opportunity to support a respected healthcare organization in the Pasco region #J-18808-Ljbffr
