Essential Duties and Responsibilities: includes the following (other duties may be assigned): Package and prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper packaging integrity and labeling on every order Print and apply shipping labels using UPS and FedEx shipping software Verify orders for accuracy and completeness before shipment — quantity, labeling, and documentation must all be correct Receive and check in incoming inventory against purchase orders and packing slips Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move product and materials Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Complete shipping documentation accurately including bills of lading and packing slips Requirements Prior experience in a warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or distribution environment Hands-on experience using UPS and/or FedEx shipping software — or similar platforms RF scanner and warehouse management system (WMS) experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods throughout the shift Able to bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs/ladders Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook Command Digital is proud to offer competitive pay and great benefits!
