We're looking for a motivated, service-focused Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our restaurant and bar team while creating exceptional dining experiences for every guest. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines customer service, team development, and daily restaurant operations.

The ideal candidate enjoys leading by example, coaching employees, solving problems, and ensuring guests receive outstanding service. You'll work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations, support team members, and help drive guest satisfaction and department success.

As our Restaurant Supervisor, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day success of our restaurant by:

• Leading and supporting restaurant and bar staff while promoting exceptional guest service.
• Serving as a visible leader on the floor, assisting guests and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
• Training, coaching, and mentoring team members to ensure consistent service standards.
• Conducting pre-shift meetings to communicate daily goals, specials, and operational updates.
• Assigning daily side work, cleaning responsibilities, and operational tasks.
• Assisting with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Monitoring employee performance and providing coaching and corrective action when needed.
• Creating weekly schedules based on business demands and occupancy forecasts.
• Balancing cash drawers, completing shift reports, and maintaining accurate records.
• Performing daily line checks, operational inspections, and opening or closing responsibilities.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment.
• Working alongside the team as a server, bartender, or expo when business needs require.
• Collaborating with management to improve guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and department profitability.
• Promoting workplace safety and ensuring compliance with company policies and operating procedures.
• Assisting with special events, functions, and other Food & Beverage operations as needed.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Successful candidates will have:

• 3-5 years of front-of-house restaurant experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of restaurant service standards and dining room operations.
• Basic knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• The ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

• Work in varying temperatures and around kitchen equipment.
• Maintain professionalism while working in a busy, fast-paced environment.

This position requires flexibility to work:

• Days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Opening and closing shifts.
• Hours based on business and staffing needs.
