Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Leads initiatives, monitors project progress, prepares data and presentations. The position will provide administrative and logistical support to the Senior Leadership.Responsibilities Include:Manage multiple projects, monitor progress and deadlinesMaintain documentation relevant to projects and initiativesPrepare and analyze data, PPT presentations and reportsCommunicate progress of all projects to the executive team and key stakeholdersManage administrative and logistical support in the facilitation of hospital initiativesCoordinate and organize the preparation for regulatory agency surveys.Required Background and Education:Bachelors Degree Required.
