The ideal candidate will have expertise in pipe fitting and a strong commitment to safety standards. This role involves performing high-quality pipe fitting tasks in an industrial construction environment, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities Perform pipe fitting tasks with precision and efficiency in accordance with project requirements. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and piping diagrams. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Conduct routine maintenance and inspection of pipe fitting tools and equipment. Complete site safety training and adhere to company safety policies. Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in pipe fitting in an industrial setting. Valid TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) card. Ability to pass drug and alcohol tests. Basic Plus certification required; candidates without certification must obtain it within the first week of employment. Completion of a site safety training course within the first week of employment. Ability to pass company mandated paper pipe fitters exam. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment and adapt to varying project demands. Preferred Skills Ability to read prints. Experience working in industrial construction or similar environments. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
