Warehouse Kitting AssociateAs a Warehouse Kitting Associate, you will work to efficiently assemble packages of product. We promote a work culture that represents our organization's vision, mission, and values.Essential FunctionsPackaging product to the specifications of the customerMeet key metrics as defined by Warehouse Manager which may include safety, culture, customer needs, quality, and on-time deliveryMaintain the safety and security of all associatesReport to work on time and as scheduledSupport other key warehouse areas when necessaryAll other duties as assignedRequired Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesAbility to effectively communicate both verbal and nonverbalProblem solving skillsAbility to lift 20-30# regularlyMust be able to stand the entire shiftBasic computer/data entry skillsBasic math skillsRequired Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredWork EnvironmentThis job operates in a warehouse environment. This role may routinely use equipment such as scanners, forklifts, utility knives, ladders, machinery, and tape guns. Employees may be exposed to bright lighting, blue light (i.e., computer screens), repetitive low to mid volume sounds (i.e., forklift traffic, packaging machines, etc.), warm and cool temperatures, and various metals and plastics.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly standing. The employee will need to have the ability to move and lift up to 50# occasionally and 10-20 # regularly.
