Location and Compensation Lee’s Summit, Missouri Starting wage: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Shift schedule: Varies Responsibilities Be a "Host with the Most": greet residents, make them feel welcome, be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents can connect. Be a "Peppy Prepper": prepare tables for service, prepare salads for the next meal, and roll silverware. Understand that successful meal service requires preparation. Be a "Titan of Tidiness": bus tables, sweep floors, and play a crucial role in maintaining the community. Be an "Appetite Anthropologist": communicate with supervisors and Wellness about poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite, and when residents are absent from meals. Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old. Must read, write, understand, and communicate in English at least 8th grade proficiency with residents. Positive, energetic attitude and love for residents. Physically active: able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day. Able to frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds. Able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and assist after a fall. Must be criminally cleared.
