19:00 - 07:00, 12-hour night shifts, with an every-other weekend rotation.

Job Description

Join our team as a Registered Nurse specializing in Behavioral Health. You will provide compassionate care and support to adult patients experiencing mental health challenges. This role requires collaboration with healthcare professionals to deliver quality care tailored to individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patients' mental health status and progress.
• Administer medications and assist with therapeutic interventions.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have at least 1 year of inpatient Behavioral Health experience.
• Active RN license in the state of Nevada at the time of submittal.
• BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS must be obtained within 60 and 90 days, respectively.
• Handle with Care certification preferred.
