This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex projects on time and within scope and budget.### ### ### ### You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes, while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment and communication. This position requires a proven track record in managing multiple concurrent projects, applying structured project management methodologies, and driving results in a dynamic environment.### ### ### ### Key Responsibilities* ### Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational vision, mission, and values* ### Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and key stakeholders* ### Develop detailed project plans, communication strategies, and resource requirements* ### Identify stakeholders and clearly define roles, responsibilities, and expectations* ### Communicate project status, risks, and progress consistently to stakeholders and leadership* ### Coordinate project communication across departments including finance, IT, legal, facilities, and compliance* ### Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners* ### Define success criteria and ensure alignment across all phases of the project lifecycle* ### Prepare and deliver project documentation, including status reports, proposals, requirements, and presentations* ### Establish reporting standards, monitor progress, and proactively resolve issues and risks* ### Manage scope changes and develop mitigation and contingency plans as needed* ### Mentor and support team members to strengthen project management capabilities* ### Promote quality improvement, patient and staff safety, and a culture of inclusion* ### Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and corporate compliance standards### ### ### ### Minimum Qualifications:* ### Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience* ### Minimum of 5 years of professional project management experience* ### Project management certification (PMP, Agile, or Scrum), or ability to obtain within 2 years of hire* ### Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment* ### Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills* ### Demonstrated success delivering complex projects on time and within scope* ### Excellent written and verbal communication skills* ### Ability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus across diverse teams* ### Experience working with cross-functional technical teams and external vendors* ### Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite### ### ### ### Preferred Qualifications:* ### Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies* ### Previous leadership or management experience* ### Strong knowledge of risk management, change management, and quality assurance practices### ### ### ### Why Join Us### In this role, you will help shape and deliver strategic initiatives that drive organizational success.
