Top-notch organizational and communication skills are a must to coordinate care across our clinics on wheels. Our rock star supervisor will: Responsibilities Source and acquire new community partner sites Coordinate community outreach efforts and managing relationships with community and health partners Oversee clinic staffing needs including staff schedules, patient appointments, and coordination of care teams across multiple locations Oversee patient intake, medical insurance verification follow-ups, and satisfaction surveys. Identifying opportunities to improve clinic flow and patient experience Maintaining clinic facilities and manage clinic inventory from medical supplies to technology accessories and parts.
