The Sales Associate supports Airshare's customer acquisition and revenue goals by driving lead generation, outbound prospecting, consultative discovery, and phone-based selling. This role manages prospect engagement throughout the lead lifecycle, supports VP Sales personnel in advancing qualified buyers, and partners with Marketing on campaigns, events, attribution, and related initiatives.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Support VP Sales by qualifying prospects, scheduling meetings, coordinating handoffs, and documenting activity, ownership, and next steps.

• Generate, research, enrich, and prioritize qualified leads through approved data sources, referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting.

• Execute personalized prospecting cadences across phone, email, LinkedIn, and approved sales tools, with an emphasis on phone-based selling.

• Respond to inbound and self-generated leads, and use consultative discovery to assess needs, timing, decision criteria, financial considerations, and fit.

• Maintain clean and accurate prospect records across Salesforce and Salesloft.
• Build territory-specific prospect lists, prevent conflicting outreach, and monitor digital engagement and intent signals for timely follow-up.

• Develop and maintain knowledge of Airshare programs, pricing, aircraft, industry trends, competitors, and key value drivers.

• Prepare accurate cost analyses, proposals, presentations, customer letters, and other client-facing sales materials.

• Use dashboards and reports to manage lead aging, activity, meetings, handoffs, data quality, and conversion progress.

• Support Marketing with regional events, prospect identification, invitations, follow-up, campaign execution, and lead quality feedback.

• Represent Airshare with professionalism, discretion, accuracy, and responsiveness in every prospect and stakeholder interaction.

• Perform other duties and support sales or marketing initiatives as assigned.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Must have excellent verbal/written communication and computer skills. Organized with consistent follow-up and travel may be necessary.

• 2+ years of aviation sales experience
• CRM experience
• Cold calling experience
