Job Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour call coverage for a Level 1 trauma hospital.
• Perform urological procedures, including vasectomy, cystoscopy, and lithotripsy.
• Collaborate with a team of medical assistants, RN, and new advanced practice providers.
• Conduct both office consultations and hospital-based procedures.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Active PA License or IMLC LOQ required
• DEA Certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in urology
• Willingness to supervise NP/PAs

Working Hours

• July 4-10: 24-hour shifts
• July 27-31: 24-hour shifts

Skills

• Proficient in EPIC EMR system
• Ability to manage a patient caseload of up to 28 patients daily
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Experience with robotic surgery is desirable
