What you will do
- Oversee day to day month end accounting functions for a real estate company
- Oversee accounting staff
- Review and approve AP invoices
- Review and post tenant payment activity
- Prepare monthly journal entries, bank reconciliations and financial reports
- Month End and Year End reporting
What qualifications you will bring: xhyhwjd
- Bachelors Degree Required
- 5+ years accounting, including at least 2 years in real estate or property management
- Supervisory Experience
- Experience with Real Estate Software, Yardi, MRI, Real Page, Etc.
- Excellent tenure required
