Operator III (Lead Press Operator) - Night Shift (7PM-7AM | 2-2-3 Schedule)

Department: Mailer Production

Hiring Immediately! We are looking for an experienced Operator III (Lead Press Operator) to join our night-shift team. If you have strong mechanical skills, experience running production lines, and enjoy leading others, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot production and finishing equipment
• Lead and guide production line crew members
• Read job tickets and verify materials/components
• Ensure product quality, registration, and line performance
• Perform minor mechanical adjustments and basic repairs
• Track line counts and enter accurate production data
• Maintain productivity, waste, and quality targets
• Support safe work practices and uphold housekeeping standards
• Communicate effectively during shift transitions

What We're Looking For

• 5-7 years of machine operator or production experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience leading or training others
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs
• Indoor manufacturing environment (heat, noise, machinery)
• PPE required

Schedule

Night Shift: 7PM-7AM (2-2-3 rotation)
Full-time | Every other weekend off

Education

• High School diploma or GED required
