Job Description
QA surveillance of contractors adherence to contractual requirements of installed mechanical and rotating equipment at various facilities. Verify that equipment has arrived with inspection release certificates. Verify that the mechanical rotating equipment at the facilities meets the contractual preventative maintenance requirements. Maintain daily log of inspection activities. Requirements Business Need: Necessary to maintain quality relative to mechanical and rotating equipment requirements. Key Skills: Trained & experienced in mechanical /rotating equipment. Knowledgeable in quality assurance. Effective oral & written skills. Competent in PC skills (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, & E-mail systems) Candidate Qualifications: API or other certification in Inspection of Rotating Equipment Candidate needs to have 10 years of applicable experience in mechanical/rotating inspection. Overseas experience in facilities construction helpful.
