As Boutique Manager, you'll lead a team of sales associates, drive sales, and build genuine loyalty among a growing New York clientele, all while upholding the brand's identity, values, and positioning at every level of the boutique experience. The Role You'll ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the boutique and be directly accountable for its commercial performance. This role blends hands-on floor leadership with real business ownership, you're setting sales strategy, shaping the client experience, and building the team, not just managing a shift.
