Production OperatorsPrideStaff is currently seeking dependable and motivated PRODUCTION OPERATORS for a manufacturing client located in Joliet, IL. Job Duties:Operate plasma machinery and other required machinery to assist in the production processAssembly materials and equipment as requiredInspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are metAssist in loading and transporting of raw materialsMove components and finished products with the use of job cranes, designated carts, and forkliftsCommunicate effectively with co-workers to ensure efficient production deadlines are metConduct inspections and quality control of productsAssist in lifting, carrying, and moving heavy loads as requiredPrepare materials as required, including cutting, sawing, grinding, marking, etc.Other duties as assignedRequired Skills & Abilities:Solid written and oral communication skills (must be able to communicate in EnglishBilingual in Spanish PREFERREDBasic computer skillsAbility to multi-task and handle tasks with competing priorities effectivelySelf-driven with the ability to work independentlyAbility to work with minimal supervisionDetail-oriented, excellent organization and time management skillsAbility to operate a forklift (onsite forklift training/verification provided)Basic math skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.At least 6 months previous machine operating/manufacturing experienceInterested and qualified candidates are encouraged to submit an up-to-date resume for immediate consideration!
