Overview We are excited to announce that we have a full-time opportunity for a Family Practice OB w/Delivery to join our Team! Southern Missouri Community Health Center is an FQHC in West Plains, Missouri, with another clinic in Thayer, Missouri. SMCHC provides comprehensive primary healthcare to patients of all ages; mental health counseling to children, adolescents, adults, couples and groups; and dental health services to children through age seventeen. Responsibilities Provide Prenatal Care & Delivery, Primary Care, Well-Women Care and more to our established and growing patient population. Participate in community activities that support the mission of SMCHC which is to provide access to quality, affordable medical, dental, and mental health care delivered with respect and compassion to all individuals in need of such services.
