Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Direct message the job poster from Truity Partners Our client is a growing apparel company seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team as part of their continued expansion. This role will partner cross‑functionally, take ownership of fixed assets and inventory accounting, and play a key role in monthly close activities, while working alongside a highly motivated and collaborative team! Provides growth potential, amazing mentorship, and and direct exposure to company leadership! Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of fixed asset accounting , including asset additions, disposals, depreciation schedules, and reconciliations. Manage and reconcile inventory accounting across multiple locations and ensure accuracy of standard costs, variances, and inventory reserves. Perform monthly and quarterly close processes related to fixed assets and inventory, preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules. Develop and implement process improvements to strengthen internal controls and increase efficiency within inventory and fixed asset accounting. Partner with operations and supply chain teams to analyze and report on inventory metrics, shrinkage, and operational trends. Contribute to special projects as the company continues to grow and expand into new product lines and markets. Qualifications: 2+ years' of professional accounting experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience CPA preferred Pay Transparency Statement: The compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting.
