ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Product Manager for CRM Voice AI in the Santa Clara area. The role focuses on leading two pods with enterprise customers, designing and shipping voice agents, and shaping platform roadmaps. You will work closely with engineers and a product manager to translate customer outcomes into scalable product learning and assets.
