Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Master‘s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA preferred.
• Active Georgia license in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle required. Daily travel to patient homes and travel to more than one location within a shift expected.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience with assessment and treatment of speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive impairments in home health or related settings preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Home Health.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1600.
• Work Days: Monday through Friday, 5 days per week.
• Shift Start/End Time: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (client-specified).
• Dress Code: Scrubs or business attire required. No jeans. Closed-toe shoes required.
• Work Location: Patient homes. Multiple patient locations visited daily.
• Interview Type: Virtual via Teams.
