Your expertise will contribute to the success of our clients and the efficiency of our operations. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills and grow within a stable and forward-thinking organization.Job Description & ResponsibilitiesManage Account Inventory: Efficiently handle and prioritize a portfolio of lien accounts.Create Plans of Action: Develop strategic plans to address and resolve lien disputes.Professional Communication: Engage professionally with clients and healthcare providers to negotiate and settle liens.Legal Documentation: Prepare, review, and submit necessary legal documents with precision and accuracy.Medical Record Review: Analyze and summarize complex medical records to support lien negotiations.Legal Analysis: Assess and formulate compelling legal arguments for effective lien negotiations.Skills & QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 3 years in workers' compensation lien negotiations.Certification: IEA Certificate or Certificate of Self Insurance is a plus.Knowledge: In-depth understanding of California Labor Code statutes, Rules and Regulations, case law, and California fee schedules.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Pressure Handling: Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Team Player: Enjoys working collaboratively within a team setting.
