We specialize in industrial pump repair and are a distributor for pumps, mechanical seals and mechanical packing. Visit our Website: Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels. Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, applications, and purchasing requirements. Identify sales opportunities and proactively follow up on quotes, leads, and customer requests. Support outside sales representatives with customer communication, quotations, product information, and order management. Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process. Qualifications 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, industrial sales, or related experience preferred. Experience with industrial pumps, rotating equipment, mechanical equipment, fluid handling, or a related industry is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical products. Ability to read and understand basic technical specifications, drawings, and product literature. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple customer requests and deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn CRM/ERP systems. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
