We love cars and everything about the automotive industry. What you need to know Training: Our training will provide you with all the tools, knowledge, and resources to be a successful sales consultant. Once you’re in the field, the Regional Vice President will be a mentor to help you create and execute sales plans. They are first & foremost invested in your success! Skills of the Heart Great communication skills Thoughtfulness during negotiations Hunt, drive, and tenacity to win Experience Required Three to five years of successful outside sales experience. Successful track record of business‑to‑business sales, marketing or territory management. Compensation and Benefits Estimated total first‑year compensation $100k‑$150k (base salary + commissions) Comprehensive employee benefits package including medical, dental, vision, group term life insurance, short‑term/long‑term disability, flex spending account, competitive time‑off allowance, 401(k) retirement plan, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
