Requirements The Ideal Candidate : Eager to grow both professionally and personally Strong communicator who connects easily with patients and teammates Passionate about patient care, with a commitment to empowering patients to participate in their health Thrives in a team-oriented environment where every team member is valued Warm and compassionate, helping patients feel at ease and well-cared-for Detail-oriented, with a commitment to consistency in systems and processes Motivated to contribute their best and be rewarded for top performance Experience : 1-2 years of chairside dental experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
