Position Overview

The Management Trainee role is designed for individuals who are interested in developing leadership, team coordination, and business management skills. This entry-level position provides exposure to multiple areas of the business, including operations, sales support, customer engagement, and team development.

No prior management experience is required. We provide a structured training program to prepare candidates for future leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on training across multiple departments, including sales, customer engagement, and operations• Support team leaders in daily workflow coordination and task execution• Assist with performance tracking, reporting, and goal monitoring• Engage with customers and represent client initiatives in a professional setting• Learn and apply leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills• Contribute to team meetings, strategy discussions, and process improvement efforts• Help ensure smooth execution of campaigns and daily operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Interest in leadership, business development, or management• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment• Strong work ethic and positive attitude• Team-oriented with growing independent decision-making ability
