ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 2018 and currently lead a team of three full-time team members. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I served in the Marine Corps and spent eight years in telecommunications management. Outside of work, I'm a sports fan who enjoys traveling, golfing, and spending time with family - family always comes first. Giving back is important to our agency. We proudly sponsor local golf outings, particularly those benefiting nonprofit organizations and sports teams, and enjoy staying connected to the community we serve. Our agency offers paid time off, life insurance, a health insurance stipend, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We want our team members to have the support they need to succeed both personally and professionally. Our culture is fun, productive, and challenging in the best way. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative with Jon Till - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Answer customer inquiries and requests. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Dedicated to customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jon Till - State Farm Agent
