IVX Health is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) – IG Therapy to lead the growth of our IVIG and related immunoglobulin therapies.In this highly visible, therapy-focused role, you will play a critical part in expanding IVX Health's presence in the IVIG space by developing new referral relationships, growing existing accounts, and executing strategic initiatives that improve patient access to care. Working closely with Business Development, Payer Access, Specialty Pharmacy, Clinical, and Operations teams, you will help ensure a seamless experience from referral through therapy delivery.What You'll DoMarket Expansion & Referral DevelopmentIdentify and engage net new IVIG referring providers, including specialists in neurology, immunology, and oncology.Expand existing IVIG accounts and develop new provider relationships within designated territories.Maintain a consistent IVIG-focused presence with providers to increase awareness and referral activity.Sales Strategy & ExecutionExecute refined selling strategies tailored to IVIG therapies, including therapy-agnostic order forms and product-specific initiatives (e.g. Gamunex-C)Partner with ASM and Growth leadership to align territory goals, sales objectives, and performance metrics.Participate in ongoing training focused on IG sales methodologies and reimbursement strategies.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Prior Authorization (PA) and Intake teams to implement preferred product matrices and streamline patient onboarding.Collaborate with Clinical and Operations teams to support patients and providers throughout the treatment journey.Foster market-level partnerships with pharmaceutical organizations (e.g. Octapharma, Takeda).Data & Market IntelligenceUtilize CRM systems (e.g. Sugar CRM) to track referral activity, account status, and sales performance.Provide insight on market trends, competitive activity, and therapy adoption to support business strategy and growth initiatives.What Success Looks LikeGrowth in IVIG referrals, patient starts, and territory performance.Expansion of provider relationships and specialty therapy accounts.Increased adoption of IVX Health's IVIG and related services.Strong execution that improves patient access and drives growth.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, infusion services, or related healthcare sales.Experience developing provider relationships and growing accounts within a defined territory.Knowledge of referral processes, payer authorization requirements, and specialty therapy reimbursement.Experience managing territory activity and pipeline performance using CRM tools.Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.Preferred3+ years of direct experience selling IVIG, SCIG, specialty infusion therapies, or related biologic products.Experience working with neurology, immunology, oncology, or other specialty provider groups.Success opening new specialty therapy accounts and driving therapy-specific growth.Experience navigating complex reimbursement environments.Why Join IVX Health?This is an opportunity to join a growing organization dedicated to expanding access to specialty infusion therapies while improving the patient and provider experience.
