What You’ll Do As a Building Enclosure Project Manager I, you’ll own delivery for low‑ to medium‑complexity projects—planning scope and schedule, coordinating multi‑disciplinary efforts, managing financials, and communicating with clients to ensure quality, safety, and Total Project Success from kickoff through closeout. Confirm project scope/requirements with clients and stakeholders; communicate scope, roles,and expectations to the team; establish a proactive QA/QC plan. Perform condition surveys and failure investigations related to air and moisture leakage;develop repair designs that address root causes. Plan, coordinate, and/or perform enclosure testing; document methods, results, andrecommended actions. Own project financials: participate in budgeting, monitor performance, negotiate fees/contractterms as appropriate, and ensure accurate, timely invoicing; track AR and initiate correctiveactions. Develop and maintain schedules; communicate milestones and manpower needs; coordinatedisciplines and contractors during design and construction. Conduct site visits to verify field conditions, monitor progress, and confirm conformance withdesign specs, owner expectations, and applicable codes. Facilitate client communications and document decisions, risks, and changes; prepare conciseprogress updates. Prepare final reports documenting all building enclosure activities; supervise closeout to ensuredocumentation, lessons learned, and filings are complete. Support planning and budgeting processes with monthly billing projections and metrics asrequested. Mentor less‑experienced colleagues by sharing best practices, reviewing work, and providingfeedback. Who We’re Looking For Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field Five years related project experience Professional Engineer or Registered Architect preferred Preferred Qualifications: Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of building enclosure systems (roofing, below‑grade waterproofing, vertical wallsystems) and applicable codes/regulations. General knowledge of accounting principles as applied to project budgets and financialmanagement. Clear written and verbal communication, technical writing, and presentation skills; strongspeech clarity. Detail‑oriented with sound judgment and decision‑making; organized and deadline‑driven withaccurate documentation.
