What You'll Do As an Insurance Agent you'll have the opportunity to: Help clients protect their families, businesses, and assets through comprehensive insurance solutions Offer a full suite of products including Life, Health, Annuities, Property & Casualty, and business insurance products Identify financial planning opportunities and provide retirement-focused solutions Build long-term relationships through ongoing client service and annual reviews Develop and grow your own business with the support of an established organization Leverage cross-sell opportunities that strengthen client relationships and improve retention Expand into investment and advisory services by obtaining additional securities licenses and becoming an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) Industry-leading insurance and financial planning solutions Marketing, legal, and back-office support Coaching and mentorship from experienced professionals Ongoing training through Agent Development Programs, Financial Advisor Academy, monthly webinars, and annual conferences Dedicated support teams to help you grow and serve clients efficiently Compensation Enjoy a $72,000 base salary, a competitive commission structure with significant earning potential as your business grows, plus opportunities to earn travel incentives and cash bonuses for top performers.
