Mobile Service Technician

We are looking for a Mobile Service Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong service technician background and be ASE certified. Previous experience is preferred but not required. The day-to-day duties include traveling in the Mobile Service van to customer workplaces and homes to handle basic service needs and recalls. Benefits Health, Medical and Dental 401K Plan Paid time off and vacation Growth opportunities Employee vehicle purchase plans Family owned and operated Long term job security Flexible Work Schedule Responsibilities Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty Engage with many different customers each day and represent the dealership Organize and prepare for the day’s appointments Perform vehicle repairs and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order in a clean and efficient manner Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication Accurately document vehicle repairs/work performed on the repair order Stay informed of Ford technical bulletins and complete required training Able to work occasionally in challenging weather conditions Able to drive and maintain a company vehicle responsibly Keep the mobile service vehicle clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools and parts. Qualifications Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Detail-oriented and organized Valid driver license and clean driving record ASE/Manufacturer certifications - Ford certifications are desirable but not mandatory Service Technician experience preferred Strong use of technological devices including tablets Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive repair (dealership, independent shop, or mobile service).
