Sales Support Specialist

Join us at Rentokil Boecker as a Sales Support Specialist and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role is key in assisting our sales team and ensuring a seamless flow of communication between our customers and our internal departments.
Your Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team to boost productivity and efficiency.
Assist in compiling and sending out sales proposals, quotes, and contract details accurately.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are resolved.
Maintain accurate sales records and track sales activities in our CRM system.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve service delivery.
Analyze sales data and generate reports to assist in strategic planning and target achievement.
Continuously seek ways to improve sales support processes and customer interactions.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales support or an administrative role is highly advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in all tasks.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
