I began as an agent in Nebraska and now lead a dedicated team in the Twin Cities, serving Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Nebraska. We offer comprehensive insurance products, including Auto, Homeowners, Life, Renters, and specialized coverage for cabins, boats, ATVs, and more. Our agency is expanding, with plans to open a second location in 2025. We treat our customers like family, assisting with relocations and addressing all individual insurance concerns. Responsibilities:

• Use a customer-focused approach to provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist clients with policy applications and renewals, answering any questions they may have.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses with professional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Work with agent to establish and meet agency goals.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – Written, Verbal and Listening.
• Self-motivated.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
