Labor and Delivery Travel RN - 7P - 7A Shift

Location: Thornton, CO

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7P - 7A

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Labor and Delivery (L&D) Travel RN to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients during labor, delivery, and the postpartum period, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for both mothers and infants.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients during labor and delivery.
• Perform assessments, and administer medications as needed.
• Assist with procedures such as vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and other interventions.
• Provide education and support to patients and family members regarding labor and postpartum care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 1-year current acute care hospital L&D RN experience.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM or AWHONN.
• Prior Meditech experience is preferred.
• Postpartum experience is highly preferred.
