Job/Practice Description:

Internal Medicine Physician
Monday-Friday - Outpatient Primary Care
Full time position
36 hours patient contact
Sick Visits, Medication Management, Chronic Disease Management, Electronic Record Keeping
Deliver expert care to a diverse population of patients at and over the age of 18 years in accordance with the Physician s specialty. Additional training and experience in geriatric management is a plus but not essential.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Utilize electronic health records to streamline care and documentation
Engage in continuous learning and contribute to clinical excellence
