- Connect Veterans to behavioral health and substance use resources
- Coordinate care with the VA and community partners
- Support intake, discharge planning, and advocacy efforts
- Help reduce stigma around seeking mental health treatment
- Play a key role in improving outcomes for Veterans experiencing housing instability
- Location: Detroit, Michigan
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health, healthcare, human services, or a related field
