As a Senior Product Associate in the Service Product Group, you will leverage your expertise in product development and optimization to create innovative products and continuously improve existing ones. Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Product organization supports JPMC across a large product portfolio, delivering value to millions of customers and over 30,000 employees. Your role will help define vision, strategy, and road‑map for solutions that impact millions while promoting an inclusive culture that welcomes diverse ideas. This Position This position is full‑time and conducted on‑site. Job Responsibilities Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities based on user research and market discovery. Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience. Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap. Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, including time, cost, and quality targets, throughout the product development lifecycle. Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development. Prioritize team capacity across competing deliverables and escalations to senior management as needed. Identify, design, and implement process‑transformation initiatives across tax‑compliance workflows, focusing on scalability, risk reduction, and efficiency. Partner with technology and operations teams to drive automation of manual processes using Alteryx, Tableau, and other workflow solutions. Maintain and enhance policies, procedures, and controls for information reporting and withholding compliance across client onboarding, account opening, and servicing workflows. Track key performance indicators for the team and use data‑driven insights to identify improvement opportunities, reporting progress to senior leadership. Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills 3 + years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a related domain. Proficient knowledge of the product development lifecycle. Experience in discovery and requirements definition activities. Knowledge of data analytics and data literacy. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail. Skilled at writing comprehensive test cases, including edge cases, for all identified use cases. Ability to assimilate information quickly, learn new applications and processes, and analyze complex system requirements for presentation. Demonstrated ability to design and develop detailed flowcharts illustrating information architecture, system interactions, and process flows. Effective presentation and interpersonal skills; strong written communication proficiency. Technical proficiency and understanding of software development methodologies, including experience with APIs and cloud concepts. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Experience in project management, process re‑engineering, strategy, or customer‑centric functions with global teams. Experience with agile product development and software delivery lifecycle; advanced knowledge of Confluence and JIRA. Proven track record of delivering new product features and excellent written communication skills, including requirements writing. Familiarity with financial services business offerings and the regulatory, legal, and risk environments. Agile/Scrum certifications or 3 + years of Agile/Scrum experience.
