Commercial Finish Carpenter

Responsibilities * Perform rough and finish carpentry on commercial construction projects * Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications * Frame walls, floors, roofs, and install doors and windows * Install trim, baseboards, crown molding, cabinets, and other finish carpentry elements * Build and install blocking, backing, stairs, and miscellaneous framing * Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other building materials accurately * Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently * Ensure all work meets project specifications and quality standards * Maintain a clean and organized job site * Follow OSHA safety standards and company safety policies * Work collaboratively with superintendents, foremen, and other trades Requirements * 3+ years of carpentry experience * Experience with finish carpentry * Ability to read blueprints and construction plans * Proficient with common carpentry tools and equipment * Strong understanding of construction methods and safety practices * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding work * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license * Must provide basic hand tools * OSHA 10 certification is a plus Preferred Experience * Commercial tenant improvements * Remodels and renovations * Concrete formwork * Siding, decking, and exterior finish work Benefits * Weekly pay * Overtime opportunities
