Position Bike Mechanic Location Jersey City, NJ Overview Whizz is a leader in transportation solutions for delivery riders. We seek experienced Bike Mechanics to maintain and assemble e‑bike fleets, ensuring reliable service for our riders. Why Choose Whizz Competitive pay: $21‑$23 per hour plus a $400–$600 KPI bonus per month Quarterly bonuses and salary growth opportunities Paid time off and public holidays Flexible 8‑hour shifts Responsibilities Assemble new e‑bikes with precision in the workshop environment Diagnose and repair mechanical or electrical issues on bikes, ensuring optimal performance of the fleet Maintain the bike fleet through systematic inspections and routine maintenance Perform express bike repairs, prioritizing timely solutions for delivery drivers Qualifications Proven experience as a Bicycle Mechanic, including electric bicycles, with assembly and maintenance Ability to lift heavy objects Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Proven problem‑solving abilities Availability on weekdays and weekends Bicycle Mechanic certification is a plus Training and Development We provide comprehensive training to help you excel.
