Providing supervision, support, and compassionate care to residents. Working collaboratively with the Director of Wellness, and other team members. Monitoring resident well-being and reporting changes in condition. Helping create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for residents and their families. Qualifications: Current and valid RMA certification. Ability to follow individualized care plans and medication protocols. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassion and understanding of the aging process. Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude. Previous senior living or healthcare experience preferred but not required. Shifts Shifts: Full time & Part time. \n $20 - $21.50 an hour \n Why Join Spring Oak?
