Automotive Service Advisor

Overview American Fork Ford, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is looking for a Service Advisor. This role supports customer service and sales within the service department. Key Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally. Provide excellent customer service by listening to inquiries, identifying service needs, resolving concerns, and selling additional services when appropriate. Offer customers updates, estimates, and inspection results in a timely manner. Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the caller’s inquiry. Review completed work and recommendations, and collect payments from customers. Use Dealer Management System (DMS) and relevant software to access service history, schedule appointments, enter repair order information, and manage data. Maintain and review customer satisfaction surveys for each customer. Qualifications and Attributes Friendly and cooperative demeanor; quick to connect and build relationships with others.
