Job Description

We’re seeking a Customer Relationship & Operations Specialist who can blend creativity with operational support. This role supports marketing initiatives, assists with graphics and proofs, communicates with customers, and helps keep daily workflow running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer requests via email, phone, or ordering portal
  • Coordinate customer project workflow with customers, design and production teams.
  • Develop and support marketing content across digital platforms
  • Manage social media platforms, content, and strategy
  • Assist with graphic design, artwork setup, and proofing
  • Provide responsive, friendly customer communication
  • Coordinate job flow between art, production, and shipping
  • Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
  • Support administrative and operational tasks
  • Develop and oversee relationships with customer partnerships
  • Participate in trade show booth events and engage at customer locations

Ideal Candidate

  • Creative thinker with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable with basic design tools (Photoshop / Canva)
  • Organized, reliable, and proactive
  • Comfortable with basic office workflows and CRM / Quoting systems
  • Able to work across departments and manage shifting priorities
  • Bartending, Promotional, or Service industry experience a plus
