• Coordinating refills, prior authorizations, and medication access
• Updating patient records and documenting care in EHR systems
• Collaborating with pharmacists to identify medication concerns or therapy opportunities
• Supporting quality care initiatives and workflow improvements
• Maintaining compliance with pharmacy regulations and HIPAA standards

Requirements Qualifications You're compassionate, organized, and know that small details can have a major impact on patient care. We're looking for someone with:

• Active Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB or NHA)
• Experience in a pharmacy, healthcare, or care management setting
