Compensation $50,000 – $100,000 Responsibilities Travel to multiple residential job sites daily , assisting with HVAC diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs. Engage customers in option‑based sales conversations , overcoming initial resistance through education and empathy. Support lead technicians in service calls, installations, and maintenance tasks. Keep company vehicles, tools, and job sites clean and organized. Participate in regular company training to develop both technical and customer service skills. Represent Confident Comfort with integrity, respect, and reliability at every visit. Qualifications No HVAC experience required—you’ll be trained. Comfortable speaking with customers and explaining technical issues in plain English. Growth‑minded with a desire for advancement and financial success. Reliable, punctual, and willing to travel between job sites daily. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Able to pass background check and drug screening.
