Job Title: Salesforce Solution Consultant
Location: Chicago, IL / Remote
Duration: Contract
Pay Rate: Open, DOE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive enterprise CRM strategy, innovation roadmap, and architectural governance across multiple business workstreams.
- Partner with Client leadership to define technology direction, standards, best practices, and modernization initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams spanning Salesforce, AI, Mobile, Data, and Integration domains.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and next-generation customer engagement capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and executive-level communications.
- Own delivery oversight and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- 5+ years experience in Salesforce Org Strategy & roadmap
- Multi-org Salesforce strategy
- Org rationalization and consolidation
- Platform governance and decision frameworks
- Data governance and stewardship
- Release and environment management
- Demand intake and prioritization processes
- rchitecture Review Board (ARB) setup
- Salesforce CoE establishment and operating cadence
- Executive KPI and value realization reporting
Certification: CTA, Application Architect, System Architect preferred
