Queen City Homestore is seeking superstars with a hunger for success to join our sales team! This rewarding product specialist sales opportunity offers generous compensation while working for a well-known, family-owned, and operated company with a fabulous reputation and loyal customer base.

We offer:

• Excellent On-the-Job and Manufacturer Training with rewards upon completion of training modules
• Certificate Program to become certified as a Product Specialist - unlimited learning opportunities
• Uncapped Commission Plan after 90 days of training - pay during training is $15 per hour plus spiffs and warranty $. First-year earning potential is typically $50 - 65K. We have many making six figures by their third year.

Responsibilities:

• Offer award-winning personalized service to new and existing customers
• Listen and objectively recommend the right products based on the information gathered and the budget
• Write up sales tickets - schedule delivery and follow up with customers
• Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments and promotions

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Stellar communication skills - bilingual English & Spanish a plus but not required.
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to work retail hours
