MK Optics is seeking an honest, personable Optician / Optical Dispenser with strong people skills and a passion for helping customers look and see their best.

Responsibilities:

• Help customers select frames, lenses, and contact-lens options that fit their prescription, style, needs, and budget.

• Dispense prescription eyeglasses and contacts accurately and professionally.

• Measure, fit, adjust, and repair frames; verify finished eyewear for accuracy and comfort.

• Explain options clearly, build trust through honest recommendations, and provide excellent follow-through.

• Maintain accurate orders and a clean, welcoming optical environment.

Qualifications:

• Two years of optical experience preferred/requested ; dispensing experience highly valued.

• Excellent customer-service, communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

• Honest, dependable, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with a wide range of customers.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Schedule and pay:

• Full-time, approximately 40–44 hours per week; primarily daytime hours.

• $15–$25 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

• Bonuses and spiffs available, with substantial additional earning potential.

• Permanent position with training and support.
