Occupational Therapist (OTR) – Full-Time

Location: Wellsboro, PA

Premier Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our therapy team in Wellsboro, PA . Join a collaborative team focused on helping patients achieve greater independence and quality of life.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatment and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current OT license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
